Why Shopify stores get slow (and it's not your fault)
Every app you install injects its own scripts — and keeps loading them on pages it isn't even used on. Reviews, upsells, popups, a currency switcher, an abandoned-cart tool: that's five apps and often 800KB of JavaScript. Add product photos straight from a phone camera, a heavy theme with sections you don't use, and third-party fonts blocking the first paint. Shopify won't clean this up for you — it just shows up as fewer orders.

Straight answers
Will you change how my store looks?
No. Speed work is under the hood — images, app scripts, theme code, caching. Your design, branding and layout stay exactly as they are. We work on a duplicate of your theme and only publish once you've approved it, so your live store is never at risk. If something visual has to change to hit the target, we ask you first.
Will this break my apps?
No. We only remove scripts from apps you've already uninstalled — Shopify often leaves those behind in the theme — and apps you confirm you don't use. Everything you actively rely on keeps working; we just stop it loading on pages where it isn't needed. We test checkout, cart and product pages before publishing.
What if my store is already fast?
Then we'll tell you, and we won't sell you the speed package. That's the whole point of auditing first. In that case the conversation moves to getting more of the right people onto the store — which is what the marketing side is for.
I sell on Etsy and don't have my own store. Is this for me?
Yes — that's the $699 / $799 build. Etsy is a great start, but you don't own the customer, you pay fees on every order, and you can't retarget or email your buyers. Your own Shopify store fixes all three, and we migrate your existing listings across so you're not retyping everything. Plenty of sellers keep Etsy running alongside it — we'd recommend that.
Do you only work on Shopify?
Shopify is where we're strongest and it's the bulk of our work, so that's where you'll get the best result. We also handle Etsy Pattern, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and WordPress. If your platform puts a hard ceiling on how fast we can get it — some do — we'll tell you in the audit rather than take your money for a small gain.
How do you measure "faster"? I don't want a vague promise.

What do you need from me to start?
For the audit: just your store URL. For the actual work: a Shopify staff account with theme access — not your password. We'll send a short checklist; it takes you about ten minutes, and you can revoke the account the moment we're done.
What exactly is in the "1 month marketing"?
A 30-day starter push, not an open-ended retainer: social content built from your products, listing and on-page SEO optimisation, and a paid-traffic starter setup so you can test demand. Ad spend is separate and paid directly by you — we never mark it up. After 30 days you can continue monthly or walk away with everything we built.
How do payments work?
Speed package: paid on delivery, once you've seen the before/after report. Builds: 50% to start, 50% at launch. Bank transfer, card or PayPal.
